Shipping Information

Shipping and handling charges are a low flat-rate of $6.95 within the continental US. We ship exclusively Priority USPS mail.

We also ship internationally, usually without shoe boxes in order to save on postage charges. Please understand that we are NOT responsible for any import costs or customs duties incurred in the course of shipping overseas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!

If you have any problem with your purchase, you may ship the return back to us for a refund (less shipping) within 7 days after your merchandise arrives.

Due to increased costs, there is now a $3 restocking fee for each pair of returned shoes.

After 7 days, you may return your order for a store credit within 15 days.

All shoes must be in new unworn condition. Please do not affix shipping label directly on the shoebox; returns must be sent with an outer box.

When returning, please include the original order confirmation in the box.
